Account Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Account Manager to join a fantastic agency and manage the industry-leading marketing platform for a major automotive client across three European territories. The ideal candidate will have strong client management and administrative skills, as well as fluency in English, French, and Spanish. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients and theteam to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how the software can benefit them


• Develop strategies to increase sales of existing products


• Negotiate pricing terms with clients to ensure profit margins are met


• Act as the first point of contact for the customer help desk


• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities


• Compile monthly reports to support the team with reporting requirements
