A client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting an Account Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying �25,000 per annum depending on experience plus performance based commission.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, key duties include but are not limited to:
- Build relationships with key accounts
- Ensure clients are fully aware of the products offered and the benefits to using the services
- Maintain regular client contact to ensure they are up to date with all existing cases
- Recommend solutions to clients to get the best outcome for the individual case
- Developing and increasing the levels of business from your allocated accounts
- Oversee client pipeline across property sales, maintenance, insurance and valuations
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Account Manager position:
- Previous experience selling to professional services sector
- Experience in using a CRM system
- Exceptional customers and communication service skills
- Ability to overcome objections over the telephone
- Ability to build rapport and negotiate when needed
- Good IT skills including experience with the Office 365 programs
- Experience in valuing properties and knowledge of the probate process desirable
- Experience within the property and housing industry desirable
