Axi Recruitment is working with an established business in Hull for an experienced Account Manager to join their team.�The successful candidate will have strong account management and sales experience (ideally looking after large and medium scale client accounts), with the ability to cultivate and maintain meaningful client relationships.
Role:
- Account management of large scale to small scale brands both UK and Europe based.
- Daily/weekly communication with clients and brand leads.
- Provide quotes and offer full services.
- Handle client contracts and terms.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with clients.
- Research and overview of client/brand.
- Build the project brief and ensure final delivery.
- Onward support and management for the duration of the client contract.
- Establish new leads and clients.
- Work with the Sales Team to deliver projects on time and to high standard.
- Full engagement with UK and European Operations and Sales.
- Deliver reports to both clients and management
- Support courier and shipping requirements.
- Support all social media accounts.
Qualifications:
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience within account management and sales.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and to client requirements.
