Exciting opportunity to join our client as an Account Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be instrumental in maintaining key client relationships, driving operational excellence, and supporting the sales team through effective processes and precise administration.

Key Job duties

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities where possible
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Redirect and escalate enquiries to appropriate departments when necessary

Candidate Attributes

  • Minimum of 2 years in a B2B customer service role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to identify issues proactively and implement solutions
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage workload independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • CRM experience/knowledge would be beneficial
