Job Opportunity: Account Manager
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly acclaimed and well-established brand delivery agency specializing in all areas of packaging production. With multiple global sites, they have built a stellar reputation in the industry. We are seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Louth.
Role Description:
As an Account Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, maintaining brand consistency on packaging, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and the print supply chain.
Produce accurate work documentation to ensure a "right-first-time" production approach.
Meet or exceed client expectations through exceptional service delivery.
Measure performance levels and conduct regular reviews.
Verify invoicing data for accuracy to enable timely payments.
Participate in print feasibility assessments, artwork, and reprographics.
Evaluate and manage color control in collaboration with the supply chain.
Drive the development and growth of services provided, fostering strong client and supplier relationships.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Proven experience in client relationship management.
Strong project management skills, including problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Collaborative mindset to work with both internal teams and external partners.
Experience in packaging and print processes for FMCG products is highly desirable.
