Previous experience of working in the Water Hygiene and or Water Treatment industry
Experience of managing customer service
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
The ability to use MS Office applications to a high standard, specifically Excel
The ability to travel anywhere in the UK, including overnight stays if necessary
Have a full driving licenceDuties and Responsibilities
Be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, including securing new business from new customers, ensuring quality customer service is delivered to existing customers and annual sales targets are met.
Negotiate new and upsell business at the desired profit margins
Help mobilise contracts secured.
Work collaboratively and professionally with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs
Produce cost estimates and sales documents to the highest standard
Minimise any outstanding debt on accounts managed.
