Account Manager

My Wednesbury based Distribution client are looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.  You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.

Duties:-

• First point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs


• Ensure accounts are recieving the services they require within their budget and meeting their needs


• Maintain accurate client records and keeping track of any contract updates and renewals


• Address customers’ needs and concerns quickly and effectively develop and maintain strong relationships


• Identify any needs from the customer and provide solutions


• Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships


• Attending client meetings

Key Skills:-

• Must have a proven track record in Account Management


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to build client relatinships


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail


• Able to lead from the front 


• Strategic thinker and good problem solving skills


• Adaptable


• Good interpersonal skills


• Must be a driver and own your own vehicle
