As Account Manager, you will:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and business needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities by analysing sales data and market trends.
• Work closely with internal teams to align strategies with client requirements and deliver results.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals, achieving mutually beneficial agreements.

As Account Manager, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ account management or sales, ideally within FMCG/retail 
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Analytical, self-motivated, and effective in fast-paced settings.
