Account Manager

Our client based in Wixams Bedford are looking for an Account Manager on a permanent basis.  The hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break) Monday to Friday:  Working within an experienced team.

The role involves:-

• Account Manage multiple clients (6 to 7)


• Manage client expectations


• Manage, retain and ensure appropriate service delivery


• Build relationships and facilitate the growth of the business


• Provide information to allow for the monitoring and management of client profitability


• Respond to clients via email/phone


• Project manage specific client driven activities such as audits, site visits or tours etc
