Account Manager, Christchurch, £35,000 - £37,500 DOE + Bonus

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth? We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to join a dynamic solutions-focused business in Christchurch.

In this role, you’ll manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities for expansion. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue.

As Account Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement tailored account plans to support business growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee day-to-day account management, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client operations through value-based solutions.
• Track performance through reports and sales projections, using insights to inform strategy.

As Account Manager, you will have:

• A strong background in account management, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Previous experience in logistics or distribution is desirable but not essential.
