Location: Bury St Edmunds
Reports To: Sales Manager and Business Manager
Job Type: Full-Time - Monday-Friday
Salary: �30,000 - �40,000 basic + commission/bonus (OTE up to �50,000 per annum)
Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trusted client relationships.
Understand clients' goals, challenges, and industry trends to deliver tailored solutions.
Develop account plans to grow business within existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell).
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
Track account health and performance metrics, addressing issues before they escalate.
Lead regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategy discussions with clients.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and account status in CRM tools.
Meet or exceed account growth, retention, and satisfaction goals.
Proven experience in an Account Manager, Client Success, or Sales role (2-5 years preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
A consultative, customer-first approach to problem solving.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipelines.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
