The opportunity
As our Accountancy and Finance Trainer in our friendly Apprenticeships department, youll have the chance to make a lasting impact on our apprentices' careers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the accountancy and finance sector. You will deliver engaging, high-quality training both in the classroom and through work-based learning, ensuring apprentices gain the technical expertise and practical experience to achieve their qualifications and succeed in their careers.

Additionally, you will create and update personalised training plans to ensure each apprentice is on the right path.

You will help apprentices apply classroom knowledge to their workplace roles, ensuring sessions are practical, engaging, and tailored to their learning needs.
This is a great opportunity to make a real impact on our apprentices careers, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed for success in the accountancy and finance sector.
