We are currently recruiting for a well-established accountancy practice in Plymouth, offering exciting opportunities for Trainee Accounting Technicians, Trainee Chartered Accountants, and Trainee Tax Technicians to join their team, starting in September 2025. Flexible working options are available to fit your needs.

As a trainee, you will receive expert training while working towards your AAT, ICAEW, or ATT qualifications. This is the perfect opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge with a reputable firm in the accountancy sector.

What You'll Do:

• Spend 80% of your time gaining practical experience, providing support across accounting, tax, VAT, and bookkeeping services for a diverse range of clients.
• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, business documentation, and assist with VAT filings.
• Help gather and analyse financial data to support key client decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an organised, methodical approach to work.
• A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Resilience, excellent time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A strong academic background, including GCSEs and A-levels (or equivalent).
