Job description The Accountant will work in a small, fast paced finance team and report into the Finance Operations Manager. Support the finance department in all aspects of reporting for the business including management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory returns, costing reports and ad-hoc project work. Liaise with functions/departments as needed (i.e. group/portfolio contacts, tax team, payroll team). Maintain finance processes, ensuring that they are documented appropriately and adhered to by relevant parties, reviewing and maintaining SOP, best practice (COSO), and Risk Control Matrix documentation.
