Purpose / Added Value:
Prepare the weekly and monthly financial results for Linton Site
Prepare the weekly, monthly and annual financial forecast for the Linton Site
Provide financial support and guidance for the Linton Team
Report in a timely way with accuracy at all times
To support the Site Financial Controller and Site Director to report financial results and analyse the weekly and monthly results.
To provide support and guidance to the Commercial and NPD teams on costing and pricing for new and existing products.
To support with the analysis and feedback on pricing and costing of products to generate value for the Linton Site
To support in Management of the Sites Standard Costs
To prepare the weekly MI Pack reporting site results.
Key Accountabilities:
Weekly accounts Preparation (with support from Finance Administration Assistant)
Overall control of stock reporting
Oversite over Sox reconciliations
Period end Reconciliations
Population of data on the reporting system BlackLine
Preparing and posting journals for month end and generally supporting the month end process
Support the Forecasting and Budgeting process
To prepare the weekly forecast for the site
Ownership of GRNI process
To support the Capex processes in the site
including identifying capex projects that require completion and owning the fixed asset register, including Assets Under Construction
To carry out other duties that may reasonably be requested of you to ensure the efficient running of the business
Provide excellent customer service by building strong relationships at all levels of the business
Communicate at all levels sharing information, knowledge, support and understanding
Drive a culture to Be the Best, actively seek out and address opportunities for improvement across the site including health and safety improvements, technical improvements, cost reductions or margin enhancements, aligned with the companys strategy, methodology and values
Essential Criteria

Kean analytical mind
Excellent excel skills
Good knowledge of SAP
2 years plus experience of Management Accounts Preparation
Part qualified Management Accountant looking to qualify in next 6-18 months
