Accountant / Bristol / Hybrid - 3 days in the office / £50,000 pa

In this role, you'll manage key month-end close activities that ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple international markets. You'll work closely with both local and offshore colleagues, helping to refine and optimise existing procedures. Top 4 Skills We're Looking For

• Global Accounting Experience: A minimum of 3-5 year's experience in an accounting role within a large, multinational organisation.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with advanced financial systems.
• Professional Accreditation: Partially or fully qualified (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Process Improvement & Communication: A proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and effectively coordinate with diverse teams.
