Are you a skilled Accountant with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for financial accuracy? Do you thrive in managing accounts, ensuring compliance, and keeping businesses financially sound? I am currently working exclusively with a company who are recruiting for an Accountant.
Responsibilities:
Managing all accounting transactions
Preparing budget forecasts & publishing financial statements
Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Reconciling accounts payable & receivable
Ensuring timely bank payments
Computing taxes & preparing tax returns
Managing balance sheets & profit/loss statements
Monitoring financial health & liquidity
Maintaining financial confidentiality & conducting database backups
Overseeing payroll & subcontract payments
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Accountant
Strong knowledge of accounting regulations (GAAP)
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (training available)
MS Excel skills (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables)
Attention to detail & excellent analytical skills
BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)
