Requirements
The company have a preference for an individual with experience within an accounts or finance department in a similar role. It is also preferrable that you hold a relevant financial qualification (e.g. AAT) however this is not required as long as you have experience with payroll software. You will be able to work well on your own with your own initiative and have good customer facing skills. Ultimately, the company are after an individual with the right attitude and work ethic. In terms of location, you can be based anywhere around Nuneaton.
