Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Job Type: Full time/permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Salary:�22,000 - �25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are looking for a Accounts Administrator to our Dover based client. The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the finance department.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Monitor and track expenses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
