Great opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to manage our clients’ accounts payable and receivable. You will review and reconcile some of the company's accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. Ensuring the company processes all financial transactions accurately and on time.





Key Responsibilities as Accounts Administrator:




  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors

  • Reconcile financial statements

  • Prepare, send and store invoices

  • Credit control

  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments

  • Identify and address discrepancies

  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable

  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets







Key Requirements:






  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role

  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations

  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, experience in Sage 50 is an advantage

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)

  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving techniques

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

  • The ability to collaborate with coworkers, clients, and suppliers.
