ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR - Belfast SALARY: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum EMPLOYMENT: Permanent and full-time (open to reduced hours), Reed Accountancy is partnered with a respected and established organisation in Belfast in the appointment of an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will collaborate with their established finance and accountancy team. They will play a vital role in supporting the daily financial operations of the organisation and driving improvements in processes and controls. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for daily banking, cash flow modelling, and treasury management for all group companies. Lead and support the development and documentation of financial processes and procedures to ensure strong financial control. Assist the payroll coordinator and manage all month-end reconciliations of payroll and pension control accounts. Prepare UK and ROI VAT returns, ensuring all reconciliations are complete and compliant. Enhance system functionality to improve efficiency and reporting. Support the sales ledger function by posting sales invoices and credit notes, processing receipts, and generating statements. Assist the purchase ledger function by processing invoices and credit notes, and reconciling payments. What you need to succeed: Educated to GCSE level including Maths and English at grade C and above, or equivalent.
