We are looking for a Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join our clients finance team. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in accounts and a good understanding of handling expenses, invoices, and VAT.
The Part-Time Accounts Administrator role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities
  • Review, validate, and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review employee expense claims, ensuring they comply with company policy and VAT regulations.
  • Assist in preparing VAT returns, ensuring accurate calculations and adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Support with monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and ledgers.
  • Ensure that all financial data is accurately entered into accounting software and well-maintained.
  • Provide support in preparing reports and summaries for the month-end closing.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve any invoice or expense discrepancies.

The Candidate
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of invoices, expenses, and VAT requirements.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Accuracy in data entry and document verification.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
