Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Administrator Location: Coleraine / Ballymoney Area Hours: 3 days per week (Flexible) Pay: £13 - £14 per hour About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and organised Accounts Administrator to join a dynamic team on a part-time basis. This position offers flexible working hours (3 days per week) and the opportunity to be involved in key financial and administrative tasks. If you have experience with accounts administration, strong attention to detail, and are a good communicator, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Document Control: Ensure all relevant financial documents are properly filed and organised. Debtors & Creditors Ledgers: Maintain and update ledgers, ensuring accurate daily processing of purchase ledger invoices, credit notes, and other related transactions. Supplier Reconciliation: Carry out monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure accuracy of accounts. Posting of Receipts: Process debtor receipts and ensure accurate posting to accounts. Communication & Queries: Work closely with management and respond to any queries from internal teams or external contacts. Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance and support to the team as required. What Were Looking For: Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar role.
