Quattro Resourcing are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on a 5 month Fixed term contract on behalf of our bespoke client based in Newmarket.



Key Duties




  • Invoice processing

  • Payment Allocation & Statement of Accounts processing

  • Produce Payment run reports

  • Email Remittance reports daily.

  • Assist with management on financial accounts

  • Liaising with Operational teams on purchases

  • Processing sales orders

  • Assist the sales team with booking meeting rooms and customer visits



Requirements




  • Great attention to detail

  • Use of Microsoft Office especially EXCEL

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • AAT Qualified (desirable)

  • Experience With SAGE (Desireable)

  • Ability to meet deadlines



Working days/hours will be Monday to Friday (Apply online only) with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
