Full Time Office based position

Hawk 3 Talent Solution are working with a professional services company based in York City Centre who are recruiting for an Accounts or Finance Assistant.

The Role

This position would someone who has a general interest in finance or accounts and has some basic accounting or finance experience. It would suit someone who wants to develop their skills.

Duties

• Provide Assistance to the Accounts department
• Issue of cheques
• Posting of client transactions
• Daily Banking
• Dealing with completion statements
• Checking of bills
• Bank transfers
• Taking card payments over the phone

Experience required

• A minimum of 3 months in an accounts or finance role
• Training will also be provided
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and enthusiastic
