Accounts Assistant Manager (AIM-listed PLCs, CT compliance, ACCA, ACA )
Sussex (Hybrid ) - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
£45,000 - £55,000 + bonus + pension contribution + Company benefits

In this role you will be a valued accounts professional, seen as a partner rather than an employee, with main duties centred around tax advisory assignments. There will be a range of varied projects with time split evenly between compliance and advisory.
This role would suit a senior accounts professional or similar looking to have the freedom to be creative and directly contribute to the success of a business with huge global reach.
THE ROLE:

• Plan and prioritise client Accounts work and ensure establishment of scope and budget for each piece of client Accounts work under own control and ensure adequate briefing to team members where relevant.
\n
• Preparation and delegation of key client Accounts work.
\n
• Supervise the progress of work and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on the advancement of tasks.
\n
• Work directly with clients to develop those relationships and expand advisory services delivered.
\n
• Build and market company profile by representing the firm at networking events
\n
• General accounts duties
\n

Must have at least 2 years experience within accounts field
THE PERSON:

\n

\n
• Senior accounts professional, assistant manager or similar
\n
• ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
\n
• Experience in account is required.
\n
• Exposure to international tax issues such as double taxation relief, double taxation treaties, transfer pricing, thin capitalisation, and CFCs is advantageous. Support and mentoring will be provided.
