We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant/Administrator to join an expanding team within an Engineering firm in the Bridgend area.



The ideal candidate�will be competent in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word & Excel, have good administration and organisational skills, the ability to manage time and prioritise work, attention to detail and a good telephone manner. They will also want to progress through the role with the aim to manage their own workload. Experience within Accounts�is preferred but not required as training will be given. The most important aspect of the role is the ability to be attentive, enthusiastic to learn and adapt, and to demonstrate initiative.�



We�are happy to see candidates at any stage of their accounts career, from just starting out and wanting to get your foot onto the first rung of the ladder to being more experienced.

In this role, you will be responsible for some of the day to day Bookkeeping duties for their clients.
These�duties will include:




  • Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Job Reconciliations

  • Bank and credit card reconciliations

  • BACS Payment Runs and sending remittance advices

  • General Administration Tasks
