Great opportunity to work for a reputable and growing healthcare business in the Barnsley area, working as an Accounts Assistant.
Sharp Consultancy are working with a widely known and ever-expanding healthcare business of which are seeking an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis. They are looking for someone who has a good understanding of an all-round accounts role, assisting with all purchase ledger and sales ledger duties. You will be working alongside a small and friendly team, reporting into the Finance Manager. This temporary role is to be ongoing for a minimum of 4 weeks.
This is a fantastic role to strengthen your skills and gain further experience!
This role includes:
* Assisting with the maintenance of the Sales and Purchase Ledger functions
* Inputting invoices onto the system
* Allocating payments
* Producing sales invoices
* Assisting with nominal coding
* Conducting reconciliations
* Processing payments
Skills and experience:
* Experience working within a similar role
* Ability to communicate well across a finance function
* Experience of using Sage to a good standard - beneficial not essential
