We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support our Didcot-based client on an immediate temporary basis whilst they recruit for a permanent position. This role could possibly go permanent for the right person.
- Job Type: Temporary
- Location: Didcot, hybrid working available
- Salary: �28K - �32K (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM (with flexibility)
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the accounts receivable function within the finance team.
- Assisting with credit control.
- Resolve queries relating to sales ledger invoices and payments.
- Processing payments.
- Create and dispatch monthly statements.
- Assist with the month-end sales ledger close.
- Generate credit notes and refunds.
The successful Accounts Assistant will have the following related skills / experience:
- Previous credit control / finance experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS office including Excel and Outlook.
