A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business who are seeking some additional help within their accounts department.
Our Portsmouth based client are looking for a AAT Qualified Accounts assistant.
Initially this is maternity Cover but could become permanent.
Duties would include:
Sales ledger
Purchase ledger
Monthly Management accounts
Fixed asset reconciliation
Daily bank entries and reconciliation
Group property companies.
Working closely with head of Finance and the group property supervisor to ensure rent invoicing is accurate
Experience with software packages -
Sage 50
Sage 200
Excel
Xero
Office based Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
40 hours per week
Starting salary of �28,000 per annum.
