E & M Talent Partners are delighted to be supporting a forward thinking construction business based in the Washington Area who due to growth, are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts/Finance Assistant.�
You will be tasked with providing day to day support to the Finance Manager on a variety of transactional responsibilities. Duties will include:�
- Day to day financial transactions and record keeping�
- Purchase and Sales Ledger processing�
- Process small payroll (inc pensions)�
- Process invoices, expenses and payments
- Bank reconciliations�
- Queries (phone and email)�
To be successful in securing this role you must be able to demonstrate previous, relevant experience, particularly in the accounts payable process.�
Ideally, you will have used at least one of the following systems; Xero, Sage and Dect and be comfortable using MS Excel (Pivots, Vlookups).�
Please note this is a permanent, full time role and there is no remote working available.�
