We are delighted to be seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our friendly Accounts team here at Pure. Based out of our Histon office, this role has become available due to a departure within the team, and within this role, you will report into the Finance Manager. This role will offer hybrid working, with up to 2 days a week being worked from home initially, with potential scope for further flexibility. We will also consider applicants on a 4 day per week basis, as well as full time.�
As our incoming Accounts Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of the Accounts department. You will be tasked with the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Cash collection to help maintain current debtor days
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Sales order processing and reconciliations
- Assisting with Sales Ledger review
- Contribute to the annual budget process
- Support with year end audit
- Additional duties as required
As the successful candidate for this position, you will have previous experience working in a similar level Accounts Assistant position, with good experience of Sales Ledger and Credit Control. You will also ideally have the ability to display the following key attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Good IT and system knowledge
- Ability to work as part of a team
