Seymour John is thrilled to be working in partnership with a well-established business in Telford, who are in the market to add additional support into the finance team , the company� have big plans moving forward� and are on the look out for a all round confident accounts assistant.

• The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

• Raising Credit Notes


• Setting up new customer accounts


• Checking the Bank daily for payments etc


• Sales orders/Delivery notes


• Purchase orders


• Assist with Audits�


• Payments runs weekly and monthly


• Payroll

�Personal Profile:

We are looking for a Accounts Assistant with over 3 years experience in accounts and is happy to speak with customer over the phone. This role requires someone who has a real attention to detail and can prioritise workloads.� You must be capable of adapting quickly to a new environment and have a proven ability of meeting deadlines efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is looking to join a successful organisation and play a pivotal role within the team.
