Accounts Assistant

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant�to join our team as soon as possible!

Due to the onboarding of�new contracts the workload has increased.� We need someone permanently, to be an integral part of the growing team.

You will be workign with whole team, with a lean towards sales ledger.� You will be the main point of contact for the factoring company, and you will need to be able to investigate�invoices queries and use your initiative to get things resolved and paid.

On a day to day basis you will:

• Liaise with factoring company about overdue invoices


• Investigate and resolve invoice queries


• Issue sales invoices


• Reconcile customer accounts


• Credit control


• Liaise with customers and internal departments

You will need:

• Accounts experience


• Common sense and tenacity


• Knowledge of accounting software


• An organised and methodical working style


• Attention to detail
