A growing Chichester area company are looking to strength the accounts team by recruiting a full time permanent in office Accounts Assistant.
Description
As Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
� Data entry
� Process customer invoicing
� Process supplier invoicing to ensure accuracy against POs and quotes.
� Manage bank activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card statements.
� Compile weekly supplier payment runs
� Prepare accounts reports
� Assist in the preparation of monthly Management Accounts.
� Credit control and administration functions across all departments to ensure payments are collected in a timely manner.
Profile
� Qualification to AAT level 3 required, or currently studying AAT.
� Experience in a finance role preferable, but not essential. Previous experience of Xero beneficial.
� Excellent reporting skills, a keen eye for detail. Advanced Excel experience preferable.
� Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
