Accounts Assistant – Hybrid – Gillingham - £25,000 - £30,000

The Role:

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Processing sales and purchase invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders in the Evision finance system.


• Performing bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and supplier statement reconciliations.


• Managing credit control operations, issuing statements, and liaising with colleagues and suppliers.


• Running debtor reports and assisting with supplier payment runs.


• Setting up new customers and vendors in the finance system.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• Experience with Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and Credit Control.


• Strong data entry, organisational skills, and attention to detail.


• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

• AAT qualification (or currently studying).

What’s on Offer?
