We are now recruiting for an �Accounts Assistant to join an industry leading business based in the Dudley area. The Accounts Assistant will be working with a busy team where you will be working with Purchase Ledger and processing invoices for UK and Foreign suppliers
As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for :
* Processing purchase invoices from the UK and foreign suppliers
* Processing non matched invoices once they have been approved
* Creating and submitting supplier payment files
* Keeping supplier information accurately and up to date
* Statement reconciliations and resolving queries
* Reviewing Interco supplier accounts to ensure no old differences
* General administration duties
Requirements:
* Experience in a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant position
* A good knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices
* Previous Accounts Payable experience
* AAT Qualification
* Microsoft office/Advanced Excel skills
* Excellent communication skills
