Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a new opportunity in Bridlington? A well-established company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join their finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers a competitive salary of circa £26,000 and a great benefits package inclusive of 2 x death in service and healthcare options.
Key Responsibilities:
\n- Process purchase ensuring accuracy and compliance.
\n- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end financial reporting.
\n- Handle supplier queries and maintain strong supplier relationships.
\n- Assist with payroll, VAT returns, and expense processing.
\n- Maintain accurate financial records and support the finance team with administrative tasks.

What we’re looking for:
\n- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role.
\n- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
\n- AAT qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
\n- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
\n
This role is easily commutable from Scarborough, Driffield, Beverley, Filey, and surrounding areas. The office has on-site parking and excellent public transport links.
