Accounts Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a well established company based in the Horsham, West Sussex area. The Accounts Assistant will be supporting with the everyday accounting duties such as; credit control, processing invoices, dealing with finance queries, payments etc.

Salary: �27K
Hours: 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri

Location: Horsham, West Sussex
** Due to the rural location, own transport is required

Accounts Assistant duties:

• Processing invoices - accounts Payable, purchase ordering, supplier payments, remittances, matching POs etc
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Credit control
• Monitoring the accounts inbox
• Supporting with the payment runs

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience of working in an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable, Credit Control, Finance support type role
• Excellent MS Excel skills required
• Good communication skills both verbally and written
