The Job you will be Doing




  • Building relationships with trade customers to encourage business growth and brand awareness via telephone-based prospecting and account management

  • Identify any potential business and sales opportunities

  • Dealing with a range of national and regional Trade Accounts

  • Responding to any incoming queries

  • Having excellent knowledge of company products and services

  • Growing revenue within the business

  • Working towards team-based targets



About You




  • Previous customer service experience or sales experience would be an advantage

  • Strong team player,

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

  • Able to build strong customer relationships

  • Be comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting

  • Work in alignment with company values

  • Adaptable to change in a growing and developing business
