The Job you will be Doing
- Building relationships with trade customers to encourage business growth and brand awareness via telephone-based prospecting and account management
- Identify any potential business and sales opportunities
- Dealing with a range of national and regional Trade Accounts
- Responding to any incoming queries
- Having excellent knowledge of company products and services
- Growing revenue within the business
- Working towards team-based targets
About You
- Previous customer service experience or sales experience would be an advantage
- Strong team player,
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Able to build strong customer relationships
- Be comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting
- Work in alignment with company values
- Adaptable to change in a growing and developing business
