Accounts/Office Manager
My client is looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated individual who can show excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strongability to perform a variety of tasks. They will be able towork independently, as well as within a successful team.The successful applicant will possess impressive time management skills and have the ability to prioritise their workload and meet deadlines.
The role will involve (but will not be limited to):
Managing Accounting Staff
Account receivable
Accounts payable
Bank reconciliation
Payroll processing
VAT returns, P11ds, P60s and other statutory documents
Assist in budget preparations.
General Microsoft Office
Spreadsheets (Excel)
Spreadsheets (Lotus) desirable but not essential
This is a hands on role and the person will need to play an active role in all office aspects
Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm
