Accounts Payable Assistant

Our goal is for all colleagues to feel valued and included. The Job Your role will include but is not limited to: Issuing of supplier payments and reconciliation of supplier accounts. Processing a high volume of supplier payments in a timely and accurate manner. Promptly resolving supplier payment queries via email and phone. Ensuring the accuracy and neatness of supplier accounts. Completing payment and month-end spreadsheets. Maintaining accurate records of supplier information. Performing general housekeeping tasks for supplier accounts, including filing and answering phone inquiries. You Our customers expect excellent service, but they also appreciate a friendly rapport. You should be a team player who can collaborate effectively, is resourceful, and enthusiastic. While previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial, full training will be provided. Relevant product knowledge or a genuine interest in Construction and DIY is advantageous.
