An Accounts Payable Clerk is needed to join an established accounting team within the leisure, travel and tourism industry. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Description

• Processing invoices and maintaining the purchase ledger.
• Reconciling supplier statements.
• Handling payment runs and resolving queries related to these.
• Assisting with month-end reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments.
• Supporting the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Contributing positively to the team and company culture.

Profile

We are looking for someone who can commit for the next 6 months

We are also looking for someone who can start immediately and has a good, practical knowledge of processing invoices.

Job Offer

• An estimated hourly rate of �11.70 to �14.30, depending on experience.
• A temporary contract with the potential for extension.
