Astute Recruitment are working with well-known business in Alfreton, recruiting for proactive and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger professional to join their friendly team on a part-time, permanent basis (24 hours per week). This role involves working across multiple entities and handling multi-currency transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices in SAP to ensure timely payments to vendors


• Efficiently resolve outstanding queries


• Maintain and update the vendor database


• Communicate regularly with vendors regarding account status


• Provide support across the team as needed


• Reconcile supplier statements

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced Accounts Payable environment


• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude


• Experience processing staff expenses (a key part of the role)


• SAP experience is beneficial


• Strong Excel skills are essential
