The Role
As an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring all supplier invoices and expenses are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to support the company's financial operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing, matching, and posting large volumes of supplier invoices.
- Preparing and processing weekly and monthly supplier payments.
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions to supplier statements.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice, account, and payment queries.
- Assisting in month-end closing, including supplier reconciliations and stock reporting analysis.
- Preparing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Managing employee expenses, mileage reports, and petty cash reconciliations.<#####ata-start="#####" data-end="1694">Providing support for audit queries and assisting with ad-hoc finance tasks.
What We're Looking For

H#####a Business, Finance, or Administration qualification with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a finance or administrative role, OR- Have a#####ast 3 years' experience working within a finance or administrative environment<#####ong>.
<#####ata-start="2003" data-end="2095">Have previous exper#####e in an accounts payable or purchase ledger role (desirable).- Be self-motivated, proactive, and deta#####riented.Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Have excellent communication skills in English, both writ#####and verbal.#####>
