What You’ll Be Doing:

Allocating cash to sales ledger accounts
Monitoring debts, open cash, and outstanding balances
Preparing collection letters – from gentle reminders to legal notices
Reporting on cash received (weekly & monthly)
Setting up new customer accounts & performing credit checks
Managing customer records in SAGE & CRM
Conducting regular credit checks & reviewing financial data
