Job Description: SRM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager for a multi-national company based in Cardiff. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background in accounts receivable, team leadership, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
\n
• Manage the AR team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Hold the team accountable to performance targets on the average time required to collect payments from customers.

• Develop and implement AR policies and procedures to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt. Define procedures for managing credit risk and collections.
\n
• Monitor and analyze aging reports to identify and address overdue payments proactively.
\n
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and customer queries effectively.
\n
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls within the AR function.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the AR team, optimizing operational processes and ensuring efficiency across various business units.
