Accounts Senior

Accounts Senior required. My client is a well-established firm of chartered accountants and tax advisers based in the South West of England. Due to recent growth, they are seeking a part-time Accounts Junior to join their friendly and welcoming team.

This is an office-based role at the Okehampton office, so a suitable commute to the area is a must.

Accounts Senior Position Overview

• Plan the workload for the accounts team
• Ensure that the monthly workload targets are met
• Ensure all deadlines are met
• Prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
• Assist management with finalising accounts
• Assist and train the more junior members of the team

Suitable candidates will have previous experience working in an accountancy practice environment and will be ACA/ACCA fully qualified/part-qualified.

• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice
• Suitable candidates will be ACA/ACCA qualified/part-qualified
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident dealing with clients and work well within a team

Accounts Senior Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary (depending on experience)
