Accounts Senior

You will be working with a wide range of clients within the not for profit, hospitality, retail, construction and manufacturing space delivering a range of accounting services to Sole Traders, Partnerships and Companies.

Description

• Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial reporting and compliance needs are met.
• Perform and review audits of financial statements.
• Assist clients with tax planning and compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior members of the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and projects.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines.

Profile

A successful Accounts Senior should have:

• ACA/ACCA/ICAS/AAT qualified
• Experience in a professional services environment.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance regulations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Leadership skills and experience in coaching and developing others.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
