The Company:
Our client, a fast-growing freight forwarder, is seeking an Accounts Supervisor to join their team.
Benefits:
21 days holiday, with an additional day for every year employed (capped at 27)
No uniform
Job Responsibilities:
Processing day-to-day transactions.
Customer Accounts reconciliations.
Credit Control - reconciling customer accounts and chasing for payment.
Production of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when required.
Supplier Accounts reconciliations.
Process supplier payments and any refunds.
VAT Returns
Inputting company expenses
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
Supervision and team leadership skills
Managing processes
Attention to detail
General math skills
Accounting skills
Experience in accounting software, specifically SAGE.
Time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
Confidentiality and trustworthiness
Data entry management
Excellent communication skills
